How To Install libzmq-ffi-perl on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install libzmq-ffi-perl on Kali Linux.
What is libzmq-ffi-perl
libzmq-ffi-perl is:
ZMQ::FFI exposes a high level, transparent, OO interface to zeromq independent of the underlying libzmq version. Where semantics differ, it will dispatch to the appropriate backend for you. As it uses ffi, there is no dependency on XS or compilation. As of 1.00 ZMQ::FFI is implemented using FFI::Platypus.
There are three methods to install libzmq-ffi-perl on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libzmq-ffi-perl Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libzmq-ffi-perl using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libzmq-ffi-perlInstall libzmq-ffi-perl Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libzmq-ffi-perl using apt by running the following command:

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libzmq-ffi-perl using aptitude by running the following command:

To uninstall only the libzmq-ffi-perl package we can use the following command:

To uninstall libzmq-ffi-perl and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libzmq-ffi-perlRemove libzmq-ffi-perl Configurations and Data
To remove libzmq-ffi-perl configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libzmq-ffi-perlRemove libzmq-ffi-perl configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove libzmq-ffi-perl configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge libzmq-ffi-perlDependencies
