How To Install libzip-dev on Ubuntu 18.04

What is libzip-dev
libzip-dev is:
libzip is a C library for reading, creating, and modifying zip archives. Files can be added from data buffers, files, or compressed data copied directly from other zip archives. Changes made without closing the archive can be reverted.
This package contains the static libraries and headers for developing applications that use the libzip library API.
There are three methods to install libzip-dev on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libzip-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libzip-dev using apt-get by running the following command:
