How To Install libxv-dev on Ubuntu 18.04

What is libxv-dev
libxv-dev is:
libXv provides an X Window System client interface to the XVideo extension to the X protocol.
The XVideo extension allows for accelerated drawing of videos. Hardware adaptors are exposed to clients, which may draw in a number of colourspaces, including YUV.
This package contains the development headers for the library found in libxv1. Non-developers likely have little use for this package.

There are three methods to install libxv-dev on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libxv-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libxv-dev using apt-get by running the following command:
