How To Install libxres1-dbg on Debian 9

In this tutorial we learn how to install libxres1-dbg on Debian 9.
What is libxres1-dbg
libxres1-dbg is:
libXRes provides an X Window System client interface to the Resource extension to the X protocol.
The Resource extension allows for X clients to see and monitor the X resource usage of various clients (pixmaps, et al).
This package contains the debug versions of the library found in libxres1. Non-developers likely have little use for this package.

Install libxres1-dbg Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libxres1-dbg using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libxres1-dbg
Install libxres1-dbg Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
