How To Install libxosd-dev on Kali Linux

What is libxosd-dev
libxosd-dev is:
A library for displaying a TV-like on-screen display in X.
This package contains the development headers needed for compiling programs against libxosd.

Install libxosd-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
