How To Install libxmu-dev on Debian 9

What is libxmu-dev
libxmu-dev is:
libXmu provides a set of miscellaneous utility convenience functions for X libraries to use. libXmuu is a lighter-weight version that does not depend on libXt or libXext; for more information, see libxmuu1.
This package contains the development headers for the library found in libxmu6. Non-developers likely have little use for this package.

Install libxmu-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libxmu-dev using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libxmu-dev

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install libxmu-dev using apt by running the following command:
