How To Install libxmp-dev on Kali Linux

What is libxmp-dev
libxmp-dev is:
libxmp is a library designed to interpret module files and produce PCM audio. It supports over 90 formats including Protracker (MOD), Scream Tracker 3 (S3M), Fast Tracker II (XM) and Impulse Tracker (IT).
This package contains the development files required to build with libxmp.
There are three methods to install libxmp-dev
on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get

Install libxmp-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libxmp-dev
using apt-get

Update apt database with apt
using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install libxmp-dev

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude
using the following command.

After updating apt database, We can install libxmp-dev
using aptitude

How To Uninstall libxmp-dev on Kali Linux

package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libxmp-dev
