How To Install libxfixes-dev on Kali Linux

What is libxfixes-dev
libxfixes-dev is:
libXfixes provides an X Window System client interface to the ‘XFIXES’ extension to the X protocol.
It provides support for Region types, and some cursor functions.
This package contains the development headers for the library found in libxfixes3. Non-developers likely have little use for this package.

There are three methods to install libxfixes-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libxfixes-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libxfixes-dev using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libxfixes-devInstall libxfixes-dev Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libxfixes-dev using apt by running the following command:

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
