How To Install libxdo-dev on Ubuntu 18.04

What is libxdo-dev
libxdo-dev is:
libxdo lets you programmatically (or manually) simulate keyboard input and mouse activity, move and resize windows, etc. It does this using X11’s XTEST extension and other Xlib functions.
This package contains developer tools (headers, libraries) for libxdo.
There are three methods to install libxdo-dev on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libxdo-dev Using apt-get
