How To Install libwnn6-dev on Ubuntu 18.04

In this tutorial we learn how to install libwnn6-dev on Ubuntu 18.04.
What is libwnn6-dev
libwnn6-dev is:
Wnn6 is a network-extensible Kana-to-Kanji conversion system based on the original version of Wnn developed by Kyoto University Research Institute for Mathematical Sciences (KURIMS), OMRON Corporation and ASTEC Inc.
This package contains the header files and static library for Wnn6 client library. Install this package if you wish to develop your own Wnn6 client programs.
There are three methods to install libwnn6-dev on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libwnn6-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libwnn6-dev using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

After updating apt database, We can install libwnn6-dev using aptitude by running the following command:
