How To Install libwnn-dev on Debian 10

In this tutorial we learn how to install libwnn-dev on Debian 10.
What is libwnn-dev
libwnn-dev is:
FreeWnn jserver (Wnn) is a network-extensible Kana-to-Kanji conversion system. It was jointly developed and released by the Software Research Group of Kyoto University Research Institute for Mathematical Science, OMRON Corporation and Astec, Inc. and now maintained by the FreeWnn Project.
This package contains the header files and static library for Wnn. Install this package if you wish to develop your own Wnn client programs.
There are three methods to install libwnn-dev on Debian 10. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libwnn-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libwnn-dev using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install libwnn-dev using apt by running the following command:

Install libwnn-dev Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install libwnn-dev using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install libwnn-dev
How To Uninstall libwnn-dev on Debian 10
To uninstall only the libwnn-dev package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libwnn-dev

To uninstall libwnn-dev and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Debian 10, we can use the command below:
