How To Install libwings-dev on Kali Linux

What is libwings-dev
libwings-dev is:
WINGs Is Not GNUstep (WINGs) is a small widget set with the NeXTSTEP look and feel. Its API is inspired in OpenSTEP and its implementation borrows some ideas from Tk. It has a reasonable set of widgets, sufficient for building small applications like a CDPlayer or hacking something like rxvt. It is used for basic widgets in the WindowMaker window manager.
There are three methods to install libwings-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libwings-dev Using apt-get

To uninstall only the libwings-dev package we can use the following command:
