How To Install libwin32-exe-perl on Kali Linux

Introduction

In this tutorial we learn how to install libwin32-exe-perl on Kali Linux.

What is libwin32-exe-perl

libwin32-exe-perl is:

Win32::Exe parses and manipulating Win32 PE/COFF executable headers, including version information, icons, manifest and other resources. The module Win32::Exe::Manifest can be used for manifest handling.

A script exe_update is provided for simple file updates.

There are three methods to install libwin32-exe-perl on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
