How To Install libvterm-dev on Debian 10

What is libvterm-dev
libvterm-dev is:
An abstract C99 library which implements a VT220 or xterm-like terminal emulator. It doesn’t use any particular graphics toolkit or output system, instead it invokes callback function pointers that its embedding program should provide it to draw on its behalf. It avoids calling malloc() during normal running state, allowing it to be used in embedded kernel situations.
This package contains the header files and libraries needed for developing with libvterm.
There are three methods to install libvterm-dev on Debian 10. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libvterm-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
