How To Install libvshadow-dev on Kali Linux

What is libvshadow-dev
libvshadow-dev is:
libvshadow is a library to access the Volume Shadow Snapshot (VSS) format. The VSS format is used by Windows, as of Vista, to maintain copies of data on a storage media volume.
This package includes the development support files.
There are three methods to install libvshadow-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libvshadow-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libvshadow-dev using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libvshadow-devInstall libvshadow-dev Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libvshadow-dev using apt by running the following command:

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
