How To Install libvpx4 on Debian 9

What is libvpx4
libvpx4 is:
VP8 and VP9 are open video codecs, originally developed by On2 and released as open source by Google Inc. They are the successor of the VP3 codec, on which the Theora codec was based.
This package contains the shared libraries.
There are three methods to install libvpx4 on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libvpx4 Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libvpx4 using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libvpx4

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install libvpx4 using apt by running the following command:

Install libvpx4 Using aptitude
