How To Install libvorbis-ocaml on Ubuntu 18.04

What is libvorbis-ocaml
libvorbis-ocaml is:
This OCaml library interfaces the vorbis C library. It can be used to decode from or encode to the Ogg Vorbis compressed audio format as well as to get informations about an Ogg Vorbis file.
Ogg Vorbis is a fully open, non-proprietary, patent-and-royalty-free, general-purpose compressed audio format for audio and music at fixed and variable bitrates from 16 to 128 kbps/channel.
This package contains only the shared runtime stub libraries.
There are three methods to install libvorbis-ocaml on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

After updating apt database, We can install libvorbis-ocaml using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install libvorbis-ocaml
How To Uninstall libvorbis-ocaml on Ubuntu 18.04
To uninstall only the libvorbis-ocaml package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libvorbis-ocaml
Uninstall libvorbis-ocaml And Its Dependencies
To uninstall libvorbis-ocaml and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 18.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libvorbis-ocaml
Remove libvorbis-ocaml Configurations and Data
To remove libvorbis-ocaml configuration and data from Ubuntu 18.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libvorbis-ocaml
Remove libvorbis-ocaml configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove libvorbis-ocaml configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge libvorbis-ocaml
