How To Install libvncserver-dev on Debian 11

This is the development package which contains headers and static libraries for libvncserver.

After updating apt database, We can install libvncserver-dev

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude
