How To Install libuvc0 on Kali Linux

What is libuvc0
libuvc0 is:
libuvc is a cross-platform library for USB video devices, built atop libusb. It enables fine-grained control over USB video devices exporting the standard USB Video Class (UVC) interface, enabling developers to write drivers for previously unsupported devices, or just access UVC devices in a generic fashion.
This package contains the shared objects necessary to run an application using libuvc.
There are three methods to install libuvc0 on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libuvc0 Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libuvc0 using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libuvc0Install libuvc0 Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libuvc0 using apt by running the following command:

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libuvc0 using aptitude by running the following command:

To uninstall only the libuvc0 package we can use the following command:

To uninstall libuvc0 and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libuvc0Remove libuvc0 Configurations and Data
To remove libuvc0 configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
