How To Install libuvc-dev on Debian 11

What is libuvc-dev
libuvc-dev is:
libuvc is a cross-platform library for USB video devices, built atop libusb. It enables fine-grained control over USB video devices exporting the standard USB Video Class (UVC) interface, enabling developers to write drivers for previously unsupported devices, or just access UVC devices in a generic fashion.
This package contains the files necessary to compile applications using libuvc.

To uninstall only the libuvc-dev
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libuvc-dev

and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Debian 11, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libuvc-dev

configuration and data from Debian 11 we can use the following command:
