How To Install libutf8proc-dev on Kali Linux

What is libutf8proc-dev
libutf8proc-dev is:
utf8proc is a small, clean C library that provides Unicode normalization, case-folding, and other operations for data in the UTF-8 encoding, supporting Unicode version 8.0.
This package contains the development files needed to compile software using utf8proc.
There are three methods to install libutf8proc-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libutf8proc-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libutf8proc-dev using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
