How To Install libuserbindmount-dev on Kali Linux

What is libuserbindmount-dev
libuserbindmount-dev is:
Bind mount files and create user namespaces where bind mount is allowed as users. It does not need root access or specific capabilities to run (provided user-namespaces are supported)
This package contains the development files used for C programs.
There are three methods to install libuserbindmount-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libuserbindmount-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libuserbindmount-dev using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
