How To Install libudt-dev on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install libudt-dev on Kali Linux.
What is libudt-dev
libudt-dev is:
UDT is a reliable UDP based application level data transport protocol for distributed data intensive applications over wide area high-speed networks. UDT uses UDP to transfer bulk data with its own reliability control and congestion control mechanisms. The new protocol can transfer data at a much higher speed than TCP does. UDT is also a highly configurable framework that can accommodate various congestion control algorithms.
Install this package if you wish to develop your own programs using the UDP-based data transfer protocol library.
There are three methods to install libudt-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libudt-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libudt-dev using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

sudo aptitude -y install libudt-devHow To Uninstall libudt-dev on Kali Linux
To uninstall only the libudt-dev package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libudt-devUninstall libudt-dev And Its Dependencies
To uninstall libudt-dev and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libudt-devRemove libudt-dev Configurations and Data
To remove libudt-dev configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
