How To Install libtoml-perl on Debian 9

After updating apt database, We can install libtoml-perl using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install libtoml-perl
How To Uninstall libtoml-perl on Debian 9
To uninstall only the libtoml-perl package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libtoml-perl

To uninstall libtoml-perl and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Debian 9, we can use the command below:
