How To Install libtmglib64-dev on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install libtmglib64-dev on Kali Linux.
What is libtmglib64-dev
libtmglib64-dev is:
libtmglib is a component of the LAPACK library, containing routines for generation of input matrices for testing and timing of LAPACK.
This package contains development files, including a static version of the library. Compiled with Fortran flag “-fdefault-integer-8”.
There are three methods to install libtmglib64-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libtmglib64-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libtmglib64-dev using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libtmglib64-devInstall libtmglib64-dev Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libtmglib64-dev using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install libtmglib64-devInstall libtmglib64-dev Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

To uninstall only the libtmglib64-dev package we can use the following command:

To remove libtmglib64-dev configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libtmglib64-devRemove libtmglib64-dev configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
