How To Install libthai-dev on Ubuntu 18.04

LibThai is a set of Thai language support routines aimed to ease developers’ tasks to incorporate Thai language support in their applications. It includes important Thai-specific functions e.g. word breaking, input and output methods as well as basic character and string supports.
This package contains the development libraries and header files you need to develop your programs using the LibThai library.
There are three methods to install libthai-dev on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libthai-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
