How To Install libtbb2-dbg on Ubuntu 18.04

What is libtbb2-dbg
libtbb2-dbg is:
TBB is a library that helps you leverage multi-core processor performance without having to be a threading expert. It represents a higher-level, task-based parallelism that abstracts platform details and threading mechanism for performance and scalability.
(Note: if you are a user of the i386 architecture, i.e., 32-bit Intel or compatible hardware, this package only supports Pentium4-compatible and higher processors.)

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

sudo aptitude -y install libtbb2-dbg
How To Uninstall libtbb2-dbg on Ubuntu 18.04
To uninstall only the libtbb2-dbg package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libtbb2-dbg

To uninstall libtbb2-dbg and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 18.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libtbb2-dbg

To remove libtbb2-dbg configuration and data from Ubuntu 18.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libtbb2-dbg
Remove libtbb2-dbg configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove libtbb2-dbg configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge libtbb2-dbg
