How To Install libtasn1-bin on Ubuntu 18.04

What is libtasn1-bin
libtasn1-bin is:

- on-line ASN1 structure management that doesn’t require any C code file generation.
- off-line ASN1 structure management with C code file generation containing an array.
- DER (Distinguish Encoding Rules) encoding
- no limits for INTEGER and ENUMERATED values
This package contains programs to encode, decode and parse asn1 data structures.
There are three methods to install libtasn1-bin on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
