How To Install libsundials-cvode2 on Ubuntu 18.04

This package contains the library for ordinary differential equation (ODE) system solvers from SUNDIALS (SUite of Nonlinear and DIfferential/ALgebraic equation Solvers). CVODE is a solver for stiff and nonstiff ODE systems (initial value problem) given in explicit form dy/dt = f(t,y).
There are three methods to install libsundials-cvode2 on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
