How To Install libstream-buffered-perl on Kali Linux

What is libstream-buffered-perl
libstream-buffered-perl is:
Stream::Buffered is a buffer class to store byte strings of arbitrary length and then get a seekable filehandle once everything is buffered. It uses PerlIO and/or a temporary file to save the buffer depending on the amount of bytes stored.
There are three methods to install libstream-buffered-perl on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
