How To Install libst-dev on Ubuntu 18.04

What is libst-dev
libst-dev is:
The State Threads library has an interface similar to POSIX threads.

After updating apt database, We can install libst-dev

How To Uninstall libst-dev on Ubuntu 18.04
To uninstall only the libst-dev
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libst-dev
Uninstall libst-dev And Its Dependencies
To uninstall libst-dev
and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 18.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libst-dev
Remove libst-dev Configurations and Data
To remove libst-dev
configuration and data from Ubuntu 18.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libst-dev
