How To Install libspoa-dev on Kali Linux

What is libspoa-dev
libspoa-dev is:
Spoa (SIMD POA) is a c++ implementation of the partial order alignment (POA) algorithm (as described in 10.1093/bioinformatics/18.3.452) which is used to generate consensus sequences (as described in 10.1093/bioinformatics/btg109). It supports three alignment modes: local (Smith-Waterman), global (Needleman-Wunsch) and semi-global alignment (overlap).
This package contains the static library and the header files.
There are three methods to install libspoa-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libspoa-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libspoa-dev using apt-get by running the following command:
