How To Install libsphinxbase-dev on Kali Linux

libsphinxbase-dev is:
CMU Sphinx is a large vocabulary, speaker-independent continuous speech recognition engine.
This package contains header files and static libraries for developing programs that use Sphinx.
There are three methods to install libsphinxbase-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libsphinxbase-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
