How To Install libsoldout-utils on Debian 9

What is libsoldout-utils
libsoldout-utils is:
libsoldout is a library implementing a parser for John Gruber’s markdown language (http://daringfireball.net/projects/markdown/).
This package contains the code to build examples of programs exploiting libsoldout. Even though they are meant to show how to program with libsoldout they are fully functional. The examples are

- markdown2latex: markdown to LaTex converter

There are three methods to install libsoldout-utils on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libsoldout-utils Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libsoldout-utils using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libsoldout-utils

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
