How To Install libsnmp-base on Debian 10

What is libsnmp-base
libsnmp-base is:
The Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) provides a framework for the exchange of management information between agents (servers) and clients.
This package includes documentation and MIBs (Management Information Bases) for the SNMP libraries, agents and applications. MIBs contain a formal description of the data that can be managed using SNMP and applications.
NOTE: If you want the OIDs (Object Identifiers) to resolve to their text description, you need to activate the non-free repository and install the “snmp-mibs-downloader” package.
There are three methods to install libsnmp-base
on Debian 10. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Install libsnmp-base Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libsnmp-base

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude
using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install libsnmp-base
using aptitude
by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install libsnmp-base
How To Uninstall libsnmp-base on Debian 10
To uninstall only the libsnmp-base
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libsnmp-base

and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Debian 10, we can use the command below:
