How To Install libsmbios-doc on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install libsmbios-doc on Kali Linux.
What is libsmbios-doc
libsmbios-doc is:
libsmbios aims towards providing access to as much BIOS information as possible. It does this by providing a library of functions that can be used as well as sample binaries.
It incorporates extensible access to SMBIOS information capabilities and ability to perform unit tests across multiple systems without using physical hardware. Moreover, centralized, data-driven exception handling for broken BIOS tables is provided. Currently, full access to the SMBIOS table and its items is implemented. Additionally, access and manipulation of Dell Indexed IO Token (type 0xD4) is implemented. This token is a vendor-extension SMBIOS structure which allows uniform access to manipulate the system CMOS to enable, disable, or otherwise manipulate normal BIOS functions or features.
There are three methods to install libsmbios-doc on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libsmbios-doc Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libsmbios-doc using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libsmbios-docInstall libsmbios-doc Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libsmbios-doc using apt by running the following command:

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

To uninstall only the libsmbios-doc package we can use the following command:
