How To Install libsmali-1-java on Ubuntu 18.04

What is libsmali-1-java
libsmali-1-java is:
smali/baksmali is an assembler/disassembler for the dex format used by dalvik, Android’s Java VM implementation. The syntax is loosely based on Jasmin’s/dedexer’s syntax and supports the full functionality of the dex format like annotations, debug info and line info.
This package provides only the version 1.x of dexlib for backward compatibility.
There are three methods to install libsmali-1-java on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
