How To Install libsixel-bin on Ubuntu 18.04

libsixel-bin is:
SIXEL is one of image formats for printer and terminal imaging introduced by Digital Equipment Corp. (DEC). Its data scheme is represented as a terminal-friendly escape sequence. So if you want to view a SIXEL image file, all you have to do is “cat” it to your terminal.
The package contains execution binaries.
There are three methods to install libsixel-bin on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libsixel-bin Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libsixel-bin using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install libsixel-bin using apt by running the following command:

How To Uninstall libsixel-bin on Ubuntu 18.04
To uninstall only the libsixel-bin package we can use the following command:

To uninstall libsixel-bin and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 18.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libsixel-bin

To remove libsixel-bin configuration and data from Ubuntu 18.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libsixel-bin
