How To Install libsfark-dev on Ubuntu 18.04

sfArk is a lossless audio compression format optimized for SoundFont files. This library can decompress such files into .sf SoundFont files.
Only sfArk V2+ files are supported by this library.
This is the development package for developing applications that depend on libsfark.
There are three methods to install libsfark-dev on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
