How To Install libsejda-java on Kali Linux

What is libsejda-java
libsejda-java is:
Sejda SDK is a task oriented PDF editor SDK library written in Java. It offers a set of “ready to go” manipulations implemented using SAMBox but it is also possible to provide your own implementation using iText, iText 5.x, PDFBox or any other PDF engine and configure Sejda to use it.
There are three methods to install libsejda-java
on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get
, apt
and aptitude
. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libsejda-java Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libsejda-java
using apt-get
by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libsejda-java

Update apt database with apt
using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install libsejda-java
using apt
by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install libsejda-java
Install libsejda-java Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude
using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install libsejda-java
using aptitude
by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install libsejda-java
How To Uninstall libsejda-java on Kali Linux
To uninstall only the libsejda-java
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libsejda-java
Uninstall libsejda-java And Its Dependencies

and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libsejda-java
Remove libsejda-java Configurations and Data

sudo apt-get -y purge libsejda-java
