What is libsdl-ocaml

libsdl-ocaml is:

SDL (Simple DirectMedia Layer) is a generic API that provides low level access to audio, keyboard, mouse, and display framebuffer across multiple platforms. OCamlSDL is an OCaml interface to the SDL and might be used to write multimedia applications in Objective Caml.

This package contains runtime libraries needed for running dynamic bytecode executables.

There are three methods to install libsdl-ocaml on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

How To Uninstall libsdl-ocaml on Ubuntu 18.04

To uninstall only the libsdl-ocaml package we can use the following command:

To uninstall libsdl-ocaml and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 18.04, we can use the command below:

sudo apt-get -y autoremove libsdl-ocaml
