How To Install libscram-java on Ubuntu 22.04

libscram-java is:
SCRAM (Salted Challenge Response Authentication Mechanism) is part of the family of Simple Authentication and Security Layer (SASL, RFC 4422) authentication mechanisms. It is described as part of RFC 5802 and RFC 7677.
This project aims to provide a complete clean-room implementation of SCRAM. It is written in Java and provided in a modular, re-usable way, independent of other software or programs.
There are three methods to install libscram-java
on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get
