How To Install libscca-utils on Ubuntu 20.04

What is libscca-utils
libscca-utils is:
libscca is a library to access the Windows Prefetch File (SCCA) format.
This package contains a tool to display information about a PF file.

Install libscca-utils Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

Install libscca-utils Using aptitude
