How To Install libsbml5-dev on Debian 10

libsbml5-dev is:

This package contains files necessary for development with libsbml.
There are three methods to install libsbml5-dev
on Debian 10. We can use apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libsbml5-dev
