How To Install libsbml5-cil on Debian 9

What is libsbml5-cil
libsbml5-cil is:
LibSBML is a library designed to help you read, write, manipulate, translate, and validate SBML files and data streams. It is not an application itself (though it does come with many example programs), but rather a library you can embed in your own applications.
This package contains the CLI bindings of LibSBML.
There are three methods to install libsbml5-cil on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libsbml5-cil Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libsbml5-cil using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libsbml5-cil

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install libsbml5-cil using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install libsbml5-cil
Install libsbml5-cil Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install libsbml5-cil using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install libsbml5-cil
How To Uninstall libsbml5-cil on Debian 9
To uninstall only the libsbml5-cil package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libsbml5-cil

To uninstall libsbml5-cil and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Debian 9, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libsbml5-cil

To remove libsbml5-cil configuration and data from Debian 9 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libsbml5-cil
