How To Install libsaml9 on Debian 9

What is libsaml9
libsaml9 is:
OpenSAML is an open source implementation of the OASIS Security Assertion Markup Language Specification. It contains a set of open source C++ classes that support the SAML 1.0, 1.1, and 2.0 specifications.
This package contains the files necessary for running applications that use the OpenSAML library.
There are three methods to install libsaml9 on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libsaml9 Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libsaml9 using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libsaml9
Install libsaml9 Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install libsaml9 using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install libsaml9
Install libsaml9 Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install libsaml9 using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install libsaml9
How To Uninstall libsaml9 on Debian 9
To uninstall only the libsaml9 package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libsaml9
Uninstall libsaml9 And Its Dependencies
To uninstall libsaml9 and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Debian 9, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libsaml9
Remove libsaml9 Configurations and Data
To remove libsaml9 configuration and data from Debian 9 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libsaml9
Remove libsaml9 configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove libsaml9 configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
