How To Install librun-parts-perl on Kali Linux
Introduction
In this tutorial we learn how to install librun-parts-perl on Kali Linux.
What is librun-parts-perl
librun-parts-perl is:
run-parts and hence Run::Parts runs all the executable files named within constraints described below, found in the given directory. Other files and directories are silently ignored.
Additionally they can just print the names of the all matching files (not limited to executables, but ignores blacklisted files like e.g. backup files), but don’t actually run them.
Run::Parts contains two backend implementation. Run::Parts::Debian actually uses /bin/run-parts and Run::Parts::Perl is a pure Perl implementation of a basic set of run-parts’ functionality.
On Debian Run::Parts uses Run::Parts::Debian by default. But you can also choose any of the backends explicitly.
There are three methods to install librun-parts-perl on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install librun-parts-perl Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install librun-parts-perl using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
