How To Install librtmp-dev on Debian 10

In this tutorial we learn how to install librtmp-dev on Debian 10.
What is librtmp-dev
librtmp-dev is:
A small dumper for media content streamed over the RTMP protocol (like BBC’s iPlayer high quality streams). Supplying an RTMP URL will result in a dumped flv file, which can be played/transcoded with standard tools.
This package contains the development libraries, header files needed by programs that want to compile with librtmp.
There are three methods to install librtmp-dev on Debian 10. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install librtmp-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install librtmp-dev using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install librtmp-dev

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
