How To Install librte-ipsec21 on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install librte-ipsec21 on Kali Linux.
What is librte-ipsec21
librte-ipsec21 is:
DPDK is a set of libraries for fast packet processing. Applications run in user-space and communicate directly with dedicated network interfaces.
This package contains the runtime libraries for librte-ipsec.
There are three methods to install librte-ipsec21 on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install librte-ipsec21 Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
