How To Install librsync-dev on Kali Linux

What is librsync-dev
librsync-dev is:
librsync implements the rsync remote-delta algorithm, which allows for efficient remote updates of a file, without requiring the old and new versions to both be present at the transmitter. The library uses a stream-based designed so that it can be easily embedded into network applications.
This package contains the development files.
There are three methods to install librsync-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install librsync-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
